The last Annual General Meeting of the Mandir was held on April 16, 2023, at which a new Board of Directors and Board of Trustees were elected.

A Special Bylaw Committee was subsequently elected to review the Bylaws. This Committee will be in effect from July 1 to December 31, 2023, and will review and recommend changes to the Bylaws, which will subsequently be presented to the membership for approval.
